I ordered two custom hats for my friends for Christmas, and they are both BEAUTIFUL!
The processing time was within the few weeks that is stated on the website, and the communication on color options and if they worked together was super quick!

This one's custom, so yours will probably look different from mine. But man, Alanah is SO accommodating. She let me add extra colors and even adjust the size of the brim because I'm picky AF. And even if she was sick of me, she never let it show 😉 Not only did she make it to my exact specifications, but when she was questioning the final outcome she reached out to me to make sure versus just pushing through and ending up with a product I may not like. Her communication skills and customer service are 🤌🏻 You can't go wrong with a Charlie & Luna Co purchase!
