Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via USPS in poly mailer garment bags. All orders come with free tracking. You will be sent an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Charlie & Luna Co. is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen, customs fees, or any damage done by the postal service. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact me.
